If you've connected Facebook/Instagram to InfluenceKit, but your deliverable stats aren't loading or your stories are missing, you may need to edit the Facebook or Instagram accounts linked to InfluenceKit.

First, go to the Connected Accounts page in your account by clicking on the gear icon in the sidebar and then on 'Connected Accounts'

Click the ''Add 'Accounts' button.

Click to connect Facebook & Instagram.

You should see the image pictured below.

Click 'Edit Settings'

You'll then see a list of your IG business accounts, and you can select which ones we can access:

Click 'Next', and you'll go to the page where you can edit the Facebook pages linked to InfluenceKit. Make sure the Facebook page linked to your Instagram account is selected.

Click save/done and return to InfluenceKit.
