There are two different things you might mean by “cancel”: stopping your paid subscription, or deleting your account and its data. You can do either yourself, anytime, from Account (the avatar at the bottom of the left sidebar).
Cancelling your subscription
If you’re on a paid plan and want to stop being billed, go to Account → Billing & Subscription and click Cancel Subscription. Your account drops to the free plan — nothing is deleted.
Deleting your account
Deleting your account removes your data for good — campaigns, reports, deliverables, everything. On the Account page, scroll to the Danger Zone and click Delete my account. We’ll show you exactly what’s on the account before you confirm anything.
What happens next depends on whether a brand you’ve worked with still has shared history with you — a report or tracked post built from your data:
No shared history: your account is scheduled for deletion 7 days out. We’ll email you a confirmation with a link to cancel any time before then.
Shared history with a brand: we recommend anonymizing instead of deleting. It disconnects your accounts and clears your personal info, but the reports and posts you already shared with that brand stay intact for them. You can still choose to delete everything, but you’ll need to confirm you understand it removes the brand’s copy too.
Accounts with an active paid subscription or more than one team member need a short manual review instead of an instant deletion — we’ll email you and follow up within a few business days.
