Import Deliverables from a Spreadsheet

You can import deliverables and metrics from a CSV file

To import deliverables into a campaign, first prepare a CSV file with the following column names:

Platform,Date,Name,URL,Description,Impressions,Views,Reach,Engagements,Image

  • URL identifies the deliverable — InfluenceKit uses it to link the row to the actual post and to avoid creating a duplicate if you import the same file twice. Leave it blank for a row that isn’t tied to a live post; it’ll be created as a deliverable you fill in by hand.

  • Any columns that don’t match the ones listed above are imported as custom metric values.

  • The Image column value should be a publicly accessible URL for the image you’d like to use for the deliverable.

Here’s a minimal example:

Platform,Date,Name,URL,Description,Impressions,Views,Reach,Engagements,Image

Once your CSV file is ready, open up the campaign you’d like to import it into:

Then, drag and drop the CSV file onto the Deliverable URLs or Names field:

The deliverables begin importing immediately — depending on the size of the file, it can take a bit of time to finish. Refresh the page to see the updated deliverables.
