After creating an assignment, the next step is to invite influencers to participate:

Important: influencers will need to create their own account in order to complete your assignment. Influencers' accounts are always free for them to use.

You can invite influencers in two ways:

Option 1: Invite by email

With this option, you'll enter each influencer's email address on a new line, and then click 'Send Invite'. InfluenceKit will send each of them an email with the assignment details and a signup link.

They'll receive an email that looks like this:

Option 2: Invite with a link

Click the button to copy the invitation email and send it yourself:

This option is helpful when working with influencers for the first time, since they may not be familiar with InfluenceKit. By sending the email from your own account, you may help them feel more comfortable with the process.

That's it! Now that you've invited your influencers to the assignment, the ball's in their court. InfluenceKit will follow up with them and remind them to accept the assignment if they don't respond to it right away. We'll also notify you once they accept the assignment.

After an influencer accepts an assignment, they just need to do two things:

  1. Connect their social accounts - this allows InfluenceKit to securely and accurately compile stats for their content

  2. Add their deliverables - by doing this, the influencer is building a report that they want to share with their brand, agency, or sponsor.

Once they've done those things, their report will update automatically.
