Running campaigns for a client and want to give them a window into just their work? You can add a client to your account as a scoped member — they’ll see the one campaign (or campaigns) you choose, and nothing else. No influencer discovery, no other clients’ campaigns, no billing or team settings.
Members can see everything inside the campaigns they’re granted: assignments, the influencers on them, and the campaign report. They can’t create, edit, or delete anything — it’s a clean, read-only view of the work. Existing admins on your account keep full access to everything, as always.
There are two ways to give someone access.
Invite a client to a specific campaign
This is the quickest way — great for handing one client a link to their campaign.
Open the campaign in your Influencer Hub.
Click the ⋯ menu (top right of the campaign) and choose Client Access.
Enter one or more email addresses, add an optional message, and click Save client access.
New clients get an email with a link to set a password and sign in. Anyone who already has a login is given access right away. When they log in, they’ll land on their campaign and see only what you’ve shared.
To remove someone’s access later, come back to this page and click Remove next to their name.
Manage access from Team Members
If you’d rather manage a person’s access across all your campaigns in one place, use your team settings.
Go to Settings → Team Members and open (or add) the person.
Under Permissions → Campaign access, choose Member for each campaign they should see and No access for the rest.
Click Save Changes.
Checking Account Admin? instead gives that person full access to everything in your account — use it for teammates, not clients.
What a client member can and can’t do
They can:
Open the campaigns you’ve granted them, and view the assignments, influencers, and reports inside.
See and manage their own connected accounts and set up the AI Assistant (MCP) for themselves.
They can’t:
See any other campaign in your account.
Use influencer discovery, signals/monitoring, the report builder, referrals, billing, or team and organization settings.
Create, edit, or delete campaigns and assignments.
