When creators send photos, videos or other files with their messages on an assignment, InfluenceKit keeps them together on the campaign. You can download all of them at once — you don’t need to save them one at a time.
Download every file on a campaign
Open the campaign from Influencer Hub.
Click the Files tab. It appears once at least one creator has shared a file.
Click Download N files under the grid.
We put the files into a zip and email you a download link, usually within a few minutes. The email goes to the address on your login.
Download just some of them
Type a creator’s name or a file name into Search files at the right of the tabs first. Download then zips only the files that match. (The search box appears once the campaign has more than one file.)
Download one creator’s files
On a creator’s assignment page, open Files in the right-hand column and click Download All. This section shows up once a creator has shared more than four files; with fewer, they’re listed with the creator’s messages on the page.
Download the content itself
The files above are what creators send you in messages. To download the media from the posts you’re tracking — images and videos from their Instagram, TikTok or YouTube posts — use Download Assets next to the post count at the top of the creator’s assignment page. That also arrives as an emailed zip.
Still stuck?
If the email doesn’t arrive, check your spam folder first, then ask Kit or message us from the Support button in the Kit panel.
