If you keep getting back the account you already connected

Platforms differ in how they hand accounts over, and that’s usually what’s going on when a second connection doesn’t seem to stick:

  • Facebook connects your Facebook login, and one login can cover several Pages and Instagram accounts at once. So you connect Facebook once and choose which Pages and Instagram accounts to bring in.

  • Pinterest and TikTok connect whichever account is signed in to them in your browser — one sign-in, one account. If you’re already signed in to one of them, clicking Pinterest or TikTok again just re-authorizes that same account, and you’ll end up back on the Connected Accounts page with nothing new added.

To connect a second Pinterest or TikTok account:

  1. Open a private (incognito) window, or sign out of Pinterest/TikTok in your browser.

  2. Sign in to the account you want to add.

  3. Go back to InfluenceKit, click Add Accounts, and pick the platform again.

Both accounts will then show up on your Connected Accounts page. There’s no limit — repeat this for as many accounts as you need.
