How to Create Reports on InfluenceKit as an Influencer [When Invited By A Brand]

As an Influencer, creating reports on InfluenceKit is a simple and efficient way to showcase the impact of your work to brands.

Here's how you can create and manage your reports:

1. Receive an Assignment from a Brand

  • When a brand invites you to participate in a campaign, you’ll receive an email invitation or a sign-up link.

  • Accept the assignment to start adding and tracking your deliverables.

2. Connect Your Social Media Accounts

  • Once you've accepted the assignment, log in to your InfluenceKit account and connect your social media accounts (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Website, etc.). This allows InfluenceKit to automatically pull in data from your posts and stories related to the campaign.

  • It’s important to connect your accounts as soon as you’re invited so that the analytics from any Instagram Stories you post for your campaign can be seamlessly tracked (note: Instagram Story Analytics cannot be pulled if they’ve expired or have been archived prior to connecting your InfluenceKit Account).

3. Complete and Submit Deliverables

  • Create and publish the content required by the brand - posts, stories, or videos. InfluenceKit will automatically track these deliverables as you publish them (if your brand sponsor has hashtag tracking set up), capturing key metrics like views, likes, comments, and shares.

  • If your brand partner isn’t tracking your deliverables via hashtag, you can use our Quick Search feature to select the posts, videos, stories, etc. that you’d like to submit to the brand.

  • Important note: A brand can only see the analytics for the posts you submit to them.

4. Review Your Report

  • After your content is live, InfluenceKit will generate a report that includes all the relevant data.

  • You can review this report to ensure all your work is captured accurately. If anything is missing or incorrect, you can manually add or adjust the content featured.

5. Customize Your Report (Optional)

  • Depending on the brand’s requirements, you may have the option to customize the report. This could involve adding additional metrics, including screenshots, or providing extra context about your content. See UGC help doc here.

6. Share the Report with your Brand Partner

  • Once you’re satisfied with the report, you can share it directly with the brand. InfluenceKit provides a shareable link, making it easy to send the report via email or through the platform’s messaging system.

  • They will also be automatically notified once all of your required deliverables are submitted.

7. Track Ongoing Performance

  • Even after submitting the report, InfluenceKit will continue to update the data as new engagement metrics roll in. This means that the brand will always have access to the most current real-time data, showing the ongoing impact of your content.

Using InfluenceKit to create reports not only saves you time but also demonstrates your professionalism and the value of your work. It ensures that you and the brand have a clear, accurate picture of the success of the campaign, and sets you up to highlight your continued success when pitching future brand partners.
