What is an InfluenceKit Giveaway? InfluenceKit Giveaways are meant to engage and incentivize users to share reports so that we can reward our top users. Each report you share that gets viewed by a unique brand counts as an entry; the more reports you share, the greater your chance of winning. Winners are chosen at random, and a new drawing is held every month.

Giveaway Period: Each Giveaway runs for one calendar month, starting at 12:00 AM CST on the 1st and ending at 11:59 PM CST on the last day of that month. All entries must be earned during that month’s period, and the period resets on the first of each subsequent month for as long as the Giveaway is running.
Eligibility: Open to all registered InfluenceKit users, excluding employees and their immediate family members. Must be at least 18 years old.
How to Enter: During the Giveaway Period, participants earn entries by sharing reports with brands via InfluenceKit. Each report you share that’s viewed by a unique brand equals one entry. The more reports you share, the higher your chances of winning.
Prize: One (1) $200 Amazon Gift Card; the prize may change on a monthly basis.
Winner Selection: The winner is chosen randomly from all eligible entries for that month. Each report viewed by a unique brand equals one entry, so participants can increase their chances by sharing more reports.
Winner Notification: The winner is notified by email within 7 days of the Giveaway Period ending. If the winner does not respond within 7 days, a new winner will be selected. The winner will be selected no later than the 7th of the month following each Giveaway Period.
Points: Each report counts as one entry once it has been viewed, no matter how many people open it. Sharing the same report again does not add further entries. Participants may earn unlimited entries by sharing more reports.
Qualification: Participants are only eligible for one prize. Attempts to use multiple email addresses or identities to increase chances of winning will result in disqualification.
Prize Claiming: The winner must respond to the notification within 7 days to claim their prize.
Conditions: By participating, participants agree to abide by these rules and the decisions of InfluenceKit.
Privacy: Personal information collected will be used in accordance with InfluenceKit’s privacy policy.
Disqualification: InfluenceKit reserves the right to disqualify participants who violate the terms or engage in fraudulent activity.
Limitation of Liability: By participating, participants release InfluenceKit from any liability related to the giveaway.
Governing Law: These rules are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota.
