If you connected Instagram through Facebook and your deliverable stats aren’t loading or your stories are missing, the fix is usually to check which Facebook Pages and Instagram accounts InfluenceKit is pulling from.
Check which accounts are enabled
Go to Account (the avatar at the bottom of the left sidebar) → Connected Accounts.
Find your Facebook connection. Underneath it, InfluenceKit lists every Facebook Page it found, each with a toggle to include or exclude it. If a Page has a linked Instagram professional account, that shows underneath the Page.
Check the accounts you want InfluenceKit to pull stats from, and uncheck anything you don’t. Changes save immediately — there’s no separate save step.
If no accounts show up at all
If InfluenceKit doesn’t have access to any Facebook Pages or Instagram business accounts, you’ll see a message saying so, with a Click here to fix it button. This disconnects your Facebook connection and starts it over. When the Meta authorization screen appears, make sure you grant access to the Facebook Page (and its linked Instagram account) you actually want to use.
Standalone Instagram connections
If you connected Instagram directly, without going through Facebook, there’s nothing to edit here — that connection has no linked Pages. If it’s broken, disconnect it from Connected Accounts and reconnect. See Problems connecting Instagram if the reconnection itself is failing.
