When a deliverable is showing the "Error: Not fetched yet" message it means that InfluenceKit it still trying to grab stats from the platform.

This is usually displayed on deliverables immediately after they are added and should resolve in just a few minutes.

If it's been less than 5 minutes since you added the deliverable:

  • Wait a few more minutes, and then refresh the page.

If it's been a day or more since you added the deliverable:

  • Click the refresh icon in the top right corner of the deliverable

If you're still not seeing any changes, let us know, and we'll gladly take a look.

Important Notes:

Twitter.com/X.com deliverables are currently very unreliable due to recent changes in Twitter's API. Basically, they've made it very difficult/impossible to fetch more than a tiny amount of data at a time.

We're constantly evaluating the changes to see if there's some way we can continue using their API, but in the meantime, we suggest you add Tweet stats manually.

โ€‹Pinterest and YouTube deliverables will show stats 24 hours after publication.
