When a deliverable is showing the “Error: Not fetched yet” message it means that InfluenceKit it still trying to grab stats from the platform.
This is usually displayed on deliverables immediately after they are added and should resolve in just a few minutes.
If it’s been less than 5 minutes since you added the deliverable:
Wait a few more minutes, and then refresh the page.
If it’s been a day or more since you added the deliverable:
Click the refresh icon in the top right corner of the deliverable
What the refresh icon is telling you
Hover the icon at any time and it will tell you how current the deliverable’s stats are — for example “Updated 3 hours ago”. After you click it, the icon changes to show what’s happening:
Refreshing — we’re fetching stats right now. This usually takes a few seconds.
Stats updated just now — the refresh finished and the numbers on the card are current. You’ll see this even when the numbers didn’t change, which just means there was nothing new to pull.
Still queued — your refresh is waiting its turn. Every platform limits how often we’re allowed to ask for stats, so on a busy account a refresh can sit in the queue for a while. You don’t need to click again: the card updates itself as soon as the stats come back, even if you’ve navigated away and come back later.
Not refreshing — nothing was queued, and the tooltip says why. The most common reasons are a disconnected account that needs reconnecting, or a deliverable with refreshing switched off. Open the deliverable to see the full explanation.
If you’re still not seeing any changes, let us know, and we’ll gladly take a look.
Important Notes:
Twitter.com/X.com deliverables are currently very unreliable due to recent changes in Twitter’s API. Basically, they’ve made it very difficult/impossible to fetch more than a tiny amount of data at a time.
We’re constantly evaluating the changes to see if there’s some way we can continue using their API, but in the meantime, we suggest you add Tweet stats manually.
Pinterest and YouTube deliverables will show stats 24 hours after publication.
