Changing your organization name or web address

Your InfluenceKit account has both a name and a web address (the subdomain in your account’s URL, like your-name.influencekit.com). You can change either one yourself, anytime, from Organization Settings:

• Your Organization Name is what shows on your reports and throughout your account.
• Your Web Address is the part of the URL that’s unique to you. Update it and click Update Settings — you’ll land right back in your account, still signed in.

What happens to your old web address

Nothing breaks. Any link built on your previous web address — a shared report, a bookmark, anything — automatically redirects to your new one. There’s nothing to clean up on your end.
