How to Add YouTube Live URLs

A YouTube Live URL looks like youtube.com/live/VIDEO_ID — a format InfluenceKit doesn’t recognize on its own. Paste one in as-is and it won’t be picked up as a video.

To fix it, rebuild the link in the standard watch format, using the same video ID:

  1. Copy the ID from the end of the live URL — everything after /live/.
  2. Build a new link: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VIDEO_ID.
  3. Paste that link into InfluenceKit instead.

Example:

  • Live URL: https://www.youtube.com/live/6RPPLDs_5lM
  • Paste this instead: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6RPPLDs_5lM
